Matar Mushroom

Cut mushrooms and soak for ten min.in hot water.

Chopped onion,garlic in the chopper. Heat oil add chopped masala and cook on low flame also add grated ginger.

When oil separate from this masala add chopped tomatoes.Also add salt, turmeric and Red chili powder into it mix well add some water and cook on low flame.

When tomatoes cooked properly add peas and mushrooms saute,add one cup water cover and cook on low flame for ten to fifteen minutes.

When water dissolved properly and veggies cooked properly off the flame. sprinkle garam masala powder.

Now transfer it into a serving dish garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer and serve with rice or roti.
