Rich Spinach Dip

Ever since I ate spinach dip, it has become one of my go-to recipes.
Spinach and artichokes make for a deliciously nutritious combination.
It's great as a drinking snack!!

If you have leftover dip, you can spread some on a slice of sandwich bread, and toast it in the oven for a quick, delicious treat!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1Spinach
  2. 200 grams★ Artichokes
  3. 100 gramsCream cheese
  4. 2ramen spoons ★ Sour cream
  5. 2ramen spoons ★ Mayonnaise
  6. 3 clove★ Grated garlic
  7. 1 dash★Black pepper
  8. 1 dash★ Parmesan cheese
  9. 50 ml● Mozzarella pizza cheese
  10. 1Tortilla chips
  11. 1Sliced baguette

Cooking Instructions

    Quickly boil the spinach in a frying pan.

    Thoroughly squeeze the water out of the spinach and roughly chop.

  3. 3

    Remove the artichokes from the can and use a knife to roughly chop.

  4. 4

    Cut the cream cheese in half and bring to room temperature.

  5. 5

    Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl.

  6. 6

    Use a whisk to mix them together.

  7. 7

    Add the ● mozzarella cheese and mix together.

  8. 8

    Put the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and sprinkle as desired with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in an oven preheated to about 230℃ for about 15 minutes.

    Once it's lightly browned on top, remove from the oven and enjoy.
