First up: Prepare the Ragi Flour Mixture- In a saucepan, add in 2 Cups Water (RT) bring to a boil- Take the measured Ragi Flour & add in 1/2 Cup Water (RT) to it to form a smooth paste- Now, add in this mixture to the boiling water- Stir continuously

Ensure it doesn’t form any lumps & turns out to be really smooth, thick & sticky- Allow it to cool down & set aside for later use...This can also be used immediately in any Ragi Recipes or stored in the fridge for about 4-5 days time & use it, as & when required

Ragi Upma Preppings: In a mixing bowl- Add in the aforementioned chopped veggies & spices & seasonings (can sauté these gently & cooled down before using the same), also add in the measured Ragi Mixture to it, whisk well & set aside

In another bowl: Whisk the Eggs nicely until frothy enough- Mix this now to the sautéed veggies mixture & give everything a good mix altogether- checkout the seasonings, if at all required, cover it for about 5 mins time before use

Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the oil & then pour in the entire prepared mixture to it- Spread it evenly all along the frying pan- Allow it to be cooked on its one side for sometime before scrambling it all along & again let it cook for some more time

Reduce the flame to medium-low, all through this procedure- Cook evenly well & once done- Turn off the flame & let it sit on the hot oven for sometime more
