In a large bowl take wheat flour and Besan. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, two tbsp Oil and finely chopped Methi Leaves. Now add water as per needed and knead smooth dough.

Now divide dough into equal size balls. Dip one portion of dough into flour and roll it on rolling board.

Heat the griddle and place the Thepla on it. Flip and cook other side till golden brown spots appear on it.

Apply oil on it and cook for a few more seconds till the Thepla turn in golden brown color.

Methi Thepla is ready to serve. Enjoy hot Thepla with curd, pickle or hot masala tea.
