Ingredients

6 servings
  • 110 gramsCake flour
  • 60 gramsFresh okara
  • 2 tbspCoconut milk (or milk)
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 1Egg
  • 50 gramsFruit-based sweetener (I used Lakanka brand) or sugar
  • Additions
  • 1Milk or water (adjust according to moisture content of okara)
  • 1Powdered sugar to taste

Steps

    Put all of the ingredients except for the water for adjusting the moisture into a plastic bag and mix together. You can also do this in a bowl. Whatever you like.

    If the dough is too dry, adjust with water or milk. It should be elastic and easy to shape.

    Forming into your desired shapes will depend on the moisture. This time, let's make a doughnut shape with a hole in it.

  4. 4

    Bake in an oven heated to 190ºC for about 15-20 minutes. It's done! Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
