Making Kofta - First grate the boiled eggs with a grater.

Now take a bowl add grated eggs, chopped onion, coriander, chopped ginger, garlic, grated cheese, corn starch, maida, green chilli, salt at last add 1 egg and mix it properly.

Now take small portion from mixture and deep fry it on medium flame, koftas are ready.

Making gravy - In a kadai heat oil, add onion and fry till brown then add chopped tomato, kaju, melon seeda and raisins saute for 2-3 mins. Let it cool down.

Once the mixture cool down, take a grinder add mixture and grind it a smooth paste and keep aside.

Now heat a kadai and add oil then add ginger garlic paste and fry it well, now add grinded paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute till oil starts separate.

Now add water and cook for 5 mins before switch off the gas add garam masala and fresh cream.

Transfer the gravy in serving bowl, place the koftas in gravy and garnish with fresh cream.

Egg Malai Kofta Curry is ready, Serve hot with Paratha, Roti etc.
