White rice with green peas and carrot gravy

Use 2 times water to the measure of rice to boil the rice.

Bring to boil the green peas.

Fry your onions to golden brown, add crushed garlic and cook well. Add the grated tomatoes and some salt to taste.

Add the chopped carrots and mix well. Finally add the boiled green peas and mix as well.

Serve while still warm
