Steps

Heat the oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli. Saute it for 30 seconds. Now add chopped onion.

Now add chopped cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add 3 cup water. Mix well.

Now Add the red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce soy sauce, and vinegar.

Now add pepper and salt. cook it for 2 minutes.

Combine the cornflour and 1 cup of water. Add the cornflour water in mixture.

Cook it on medium flame for 4 minutes. Stirring it.

Serve hot vegetable manchow soup with fried noodles.
