Take a bowl add a bottle of gourd(lauki), add gram flour, add rice flour.

Add salt, add cumin seeds, add red chili powder.

Add turmeric powder mix it well. Now the dough is ready. Now make small lemon size balls.

Balls are ready. Now take a small size balls coat with corn flour. Coated balls are ready.

Now take a pan add balls and deep fry to all balls.

Now all koftas are ready. Now same pan add butter, add onion

Add garlic, add green chili, add cashew mix it well, and cook for 1 min.

Now take a jar add fried cashew and onion and add water now grind it and make a smooth paste. Now white gravy masala is ready. Now the same pan adds bay leaf, add black pepper.

Add white gravy, add cream, add coriander.

Add salt, add cumin powder, add fennel powder.

Add black pepper powder mix it well properly. Now add curd.

Add milk, add kasuri methi mix it again and boil for 2 mins.

Now add balls and mix it well. And cook for 2 mins. Shahi Lauki Kofta in White gravy is ready.
