Cream of tomato soup
Steps

Cut tomatoes onion and carrots into big pieces Add oregano chilli flakes and salt add a green chili also for spicy taste

Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.allow it cool at room temperature churn it into fine puree

Strain this purey with soup strainer. Boil it for 5 to7 mins.Heat butter onto a small pan add roasted cumin powder and add this into tomato puree.

Garnish with fresh cream and coriander.
