Cheese Risotto

Heat the pan on medium flame and add olive oil and garlic and onions. Saute till translucent.

Add the rissoto rice and cook for 5 mins till slightly pinkish. Now add 2 cups water and cover the lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 mins on slow flame. Once the rice is semi cooked add all the vegetables and 1 cup water and let it again cook for 7 to 10mins with the lid on.

Now add the cheese, cream, herbs, chilli flakes and pepper. Mix it all well.

Serve it hot...While heating it up for serving later you can add little milk so that it loosens up and is semi soft.
