  4. 4green chilies
  5. 2medium potatoes
  6. 1 full tbsp salt
  7. 3 tspred chili powder
  8. 2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspginger paste
  10. 1/2 tbspgarlic paste
  11. 2 tspdry coriander powder
  12. 2 tspcumin seeds
  13. 1clove
  14. 1black cardamom
  15. 1bay leave
  16. 1small cinnamon stick
  17. 4 cupswater
  18. 1 & 1/2 cups water for gravy
  19. 1/2 cupoil
  20. green coriander

    Degchii lain us me oil daal kar garam karn.

  2. 2

    Oil garam hone k baad katii hue piyaaz clove cinnamon cardamom dalen... piyaaaz ko soft karne k liye degchi ko 10 min medium low flame per cover kar rakhn....

    10 min k baad piyaaz soft hojaen to unko mash karn...

  4. 4

    Mash karne k baaad ab gosht daalen.... gosht ko thora bhoone 5 min tak...

  5. 5

    Ab 4 cups paani daalen aur sath me sub dry masaly aur garlc paste be (except coriander aur cumin powder).... phr 35 to 40 min degchi ko cover karn medium flame per.

    35 40 min k baad gosht me dala gaya pani 80% 85% dry hojaae to tomatoes green chilies aur ginger paste daal kar dobara 5 min cover karn taaky tomatoes gal jaen...

  7. 7

    Ab time ha hy gosht ki bhunaai ka.... ji to ab achii tarhaaan bhunaai karn jab tak oil nzar ae... phr potatoes be daal kar thore aur bhunaai karni hy... bhuny hue potatoes ka taste achaa ata hy...

  8. 8

    Jab gosht bhoon jaae to gravy k liye paani daalen aur sath me coriander aur cumin powder be daalen....

  9. 9

    Ab 10 to 15 min medium low flame per dum laga lain....

  10. 10

    Jab salan ko dish out karn to 2 min pehly gedchi me hara dhaniya daal dain...

  11. 11

    Old desi tareeky ka salan ready hy dish out karn aur serve karen
