Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour (exe Mandazi)
  • Water
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together,then later add in water,mix the dough the pour into a clean surface area knead till smooth and soft

  2. 2

    Allow the dough to rest for 30 mins then cut into your desired shape then fry on low heat
