Steps

Take water for boiling and add 2 cups of Palak for boiling and Salt to taste. Just boil it for 2 minutes. Strain it off and wash it with ice-cold water.

In a Kadhai, take 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp Ghee. Let it hot, then add Jeera (Cumin seeds), Hing (Asafoetida), Tej Patta (Bay Leaf), 1 small stick of Cinnamon. Let it sputter for a minute or two.

Now, once it's sputter, add 1 cup finely chopped onion. Let it cook until translucent. Then add 1 cup finely chopped tomato. Let it cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Now add the spices:- first add 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Kitchen King masala, 1 tsp Amchur powder and Salt to taste.

Now add the prepared Palak Puree and stir it well.

Now roast the paneer in ghee or butter till it's slightly golden brown.

Now add the roasted paneer cubes into the prepared gravy.

Now add 50 ml Milk or cream if your gravy is thick or less. (I have added milk.)
