Daikon Radish Curry that's Simple & Deep Flavor

I had a lot of daikon and I got tired of using them in salad and simmers, so I thought of this.
I wrote minced meat, but offcuts and sliced block meat is also delicious.
I always use "Yokohama Hakurai Curry Flakes." Unlike regular curry powder it already has a lot of spices, so you can make delicious curry simply. Recipe by Ryoutanman mama

Steps
- 1
Cut the daikon into 1 cm cubes. Grate the garlic, ginger, carrots, and onions. It's a pain washing them, so I grate them together.
- 2
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and cook the minced meat.
- 3
Once the meat has browned, add all the grated materials from Step 1.
- 4
Once fragrant, add the daikon and cook.
- 5
Once the daikon's color has changed, add the materials and cook.
- 6
Transfer to a serving plate and top with poached egg (as desired) and it's complete!!
