Add bhuna gosht in pan (Use link bhuna gosht). Shaljam cut in slices wash and add in gosht mix well, cover with a lid and let it cook until tender,

Mash some shaljam slices if you like mashed one, (we like mashed). Add shakar or sugar
- 3
Stir until the oil comes on top, serve with boiled rice or roti,pratha. Garnish with cilantro leaves
