Steps

Take one cup all-purpose flour in a container.

Add 1/2 tspn salt and 2 spn oil.

Add water and make smooth dough and keep in rest for 5 mins.

Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.

Further roll it in a thin circle like chapathi.

Heat dry pan.then on a hot pan place the rolled tacos sheet and cook for 20 sec without oil and then cook another side for again 20 sec.

For stuffing fry 1 onion slices and 1 red chilli and boiled mashed potatoes.

In boiled potatoes add fried onions and red chilli.

Then add coriander leave,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,salt and 1spn lemon juice,mix well.

In tacos sheet spread salsa sauce and then put stuffing.

Then fold the tacos sheet.

Heat Pan and add butter then fry tacos from every side.

Fry the tacos till it get golden brown, garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.

Serve hot with salsa sauce.
