Wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes. After that, season with salt, black pepper, olive oil, paprika powder, and oregano powder. Mix well.

Arrange in the air fryer in two batches for even cooking. (Preheat the fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.) Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.

Serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little more salt, and enjoy with ketchup.
