Dudhi or Bottle Gourd Pakoda (Dudhi na Bhajiya)

Peel the skin of the bottle gourd and grate. Gently squeeze the water from it and take the squeezed grated bottle gourd in a bowl.

Now add all the above-mentioned ingredients to the squeezed grated bottle gourd except oil for frying. Mix everything well to make thick batter. Add very little water if needed. Keep aside the batter for 5 to 10 mins.

Now heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Once oil gets heated, lower the flame and make pakoda/bhajiya from the prepared batter and deep fry on low to medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour.

Serve delicious hot Dudhi Pakoda with tomato ketchup and fried green chillies.
