Decorated Christmas Cake

This is a Christmas cake I made for my family. I uploaded the recipe to keep it on file.
- Piping and glazing are difficult, but you just have to get used to it. I don't really have any tips.
- Be sure to use non-dairy cream.
- There will be a little leftover cream. Recipe by nyonta

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make the sponge cake, and slice into thirds. Combine the cream ingredients and whip.
- 2
Boil the water for the syrup. Dissolve the sugar in the water to make the syrup.
- 3
Brush the sponge cake with syrup, and spread some cream on top.
- 4
Slice 4 strawberries and place on top. It will become difficult to cut the cake, so do not place the strawberries in the center. Place the strawberries so that they are hidden by the cream, and cover with another slice of sponge cake.
- 5
Repeat the third tier in the same manner.
- 6
Transfer the cake onto a turntable, and lightly coat the entire cake with cream.
- 7
Cover the sides of the cake with cream using a palette knife. Make sure to fill in the crevices.
- 8
Now spread lots of cream on top.
- 9
Use the palette knife to make a wave pattern on the sides.
- 10
Smooth out the top neatly.
- 11
Decorate the sides with silver dragées.
- 12
Use a rose shaped tip to pipe out frills with the cream. Go around the outer edge once, and then go around once more on the inside of the first round.
- 13
Then just decorate with your favorite fruits, and it's done!

Christmas Tree Cake Christmas Tree Cake
I thought of this so that I could brighten up the table at a Christmas party. You can cut it into enough pieces for everyone, or everyone can eat it with a spoons... It's a very convenient cake.*First decide if you will be able to fit a cake of this height in the refrigerator for cooling. Putting the leftover ingredients into a glass container is a cute idea. For the Chiffon Spongecake, I used "Yosshii's" recipe "Chocolat Blanc Noel". I left out the chocolate... And added 3 eggs, 60 g granulated sugar, 60 g cake flour, 15 g butter, and 20 ml milk to make it a very moist and delicious spongecake. Recipe by Ranpuai cookpad.japan -

Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes
I wanted to make a cupcake version of the tree cake in. It's common to use a butter cream to decorate cupcakes, but I don't really like the taste. So, I tried making a cheese cream and it was super delicious!Be careful not to whip the heavy cream too much or it will become hard and difficult to mix when you add the lemon juice. When the cream gets to the ribbon stage, add the cream cheese, but if making the matcha version, add the cream cheese when it gets to the soft peaks stage. It's easy to make if you use 200 ml of heavy cream and 50 g of sugar whipped until the ribbon stage, then divide it in half.
