Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gramschicken (boneless)
  • 1/2 kgchicken bones (wings, neck)
  • 1spring onion
  • 1 inchginger piece
  • 1carrot whole
  • 4-5 clovesgarlic
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 litreWater
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1-2bay leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil all ingredients in a pan except soya sauce and black pepper Cook until chicken is done and it has half of the water left

  2. 2

    Strain all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Put the stock again in the pan. Shred the boneless chicken add black pepper and soya sauce. Bring it to boil and its ready.
