Pisang karamel - Banana Caramel / Crunchy and Sweet
hi everyone, I love this recipe because it's extremely easy to make. Best as a tea snack. kids will love it too.
Steps
- 1
Bananas split in half, make a glue with all-purpose flour and water. take a roti sheet, place split banana on a sheet with half tsp sugar. Roll it up, the tip is smeared with adhesive/glue so that it sticks.
- 2
The ends do not need to be folded. The goal is to let the caramel come out.
- 3
Fry in hot oil, don't burn it too much. When it starts to brown and sugar turns into caramel. Stir in the pan so that the caramel sticks to the skin of the spring rolls. Serve and enjoy
