Combine stock ingredients in saucepan and boil on med-high until reduced to 100 ml left, then remove bay leaves

Start boiling the pasta

On med-high heat fry onion until translucent.

Add garlic and fry until golden

Add mushrooms and fry until mushrooms are soft and have released their liquid

Add sifted flour and mix well

Add coconut milk, stock and mustard
