Pav bhaji is tasty street food which is perfect for breakfast. Simply yet delicious.
Steps

Chopped all veggies.

Boil all veggies in pressure cooker. Cook veggies for 3-4 whistles.

Heat pan, add 2 tsp butter now add onion, fry till golden brown.
Then add ginger - garlic paste. Cook till raw smell goes. - 4
After that add finely chopped tomatoes. Saute till it become soft and mushy.

Add capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add all spices and also pav bhaji masala. Mix it well. Now add all cooked veggies and mix it well.

Cook for few more minutes and add salt and water as per consistency you want. Add butter.

Cook bhaji in low - medium flame for 6-8 minutes. if reqiured pav bhaji masala add into this. pour lemon juice.

Heat tawa, add butter and pav bhaji masala in butter now place pav on tawa. Toast for 2-3 minutes.

Serve pav bhaji with finely chopped onion, lemon slice and butter.
