Microwaved for 1 Minute: Diet Okara Rice

I love white rice but I started thinking that I need to control my overeating. With this rice, I was able to return quickly to my weight before childbirth, and even lost a bit more.
The flavor is based on your preferences. I like it this way. I recommend natto over rice.
The ratio of the ingredients is up to you more okara is better for your diet, so I recommend substituting 1/3 of your rice bowl with okara.
