Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 2 cupsFresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 pinchCitric acid

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, wipe dry and chop strawberries finely

  2. 2

    Mix the sugar and citric acid and leave it for an hour

    Now cook on slow to medium flame for about 8 minutes. Don't overcook.

    Transfer to a bowl and cool completely

    Fill in airtight jar and store in the fridge (not freezer) for 6 months
