Firstly peel the garlic, take red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt.now pound everything together,

To this add 5-6 tbsp of water, prepare semi liquid paste, keep aside, take a sauce pan add a tsp oil heat up, add the prepared paste,keep stirring cook for 5-6 minutes add little extra water if needed

To prepare tempering for the chutney take tadka pan add a tsp of oil,heat up add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let it splutter add curry leaves and red chillies saute for two more minutes then add over the chutney,give it a good mix, your delicious spicy lahsun/garlic chutney is ready to serve.
