Dry roast oats, keep it separate

Keep a pan, add oil, then add gramdhal, pepper, cumin, fry until good aroma comes

Add onion, curry leaves fry for 3min, now add carrot, sprouted grain, peanut, cook in low flame for 5min

Add water and salt, cover and keep for 2 min, now add oats stir well cover and cook in low flame until the water fully absorbed

Add ghee on top, serve with tomato chutney
