2-3potatoes
1 cupcauliflower
to taste salt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/3 tspturmeric powder
1/3 tspcoriander powder
As neededoil
1/3 tspajwain/Carom seeds

Take a kadai add oil,ajwain in it.now add aloo gobhi and mix well.

Now add all masala in it and cover with a plate.
Now rest for 10 mins in low flame.

Aloo gobhi is ready to serve.
