  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 TSProasted Jeera( cumin) powder
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1 TSPmint leaves chopped or powder
  • 1 TSPmustard oil for tadka

    Roast garlic in oil until it's brown
