  • 1 Packbread
  • 3Medium boiled potatoes
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per tasteSpices
  • as requiredBesan
  • as required Water
  • as neededCarrom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare stuffing by meshing boiled potatoes
    Add spices and salt as per requirement

  2. 2

    Prepare Pakoda
    Apply potato mixture between two breads
    Cut the bread in cross angle

  3. 3

    Mix Besan, Turmeric powder, salt and carrom seeds.
    Add water as per requirement and make smooth consistency.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan
    Apply 1tbsp oil
    Dip bread pakoda in prepared mixture, cook one side for 4-5 mins.

  5. 5

    Apply 1tbsp oil again and Flip the pakoda
    Cook from edges as well
    Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
