Steps

Heat oil in a pot over the stove.

Add onions and salt. Sauté onions until softened.

Add garlic, ginger and chillies. Stir for 1 minute.

Add carrots and stir for 2 minutes.

Add coconut milk and boil for 5 minutes.

Add seafood, lemon juice, white pepper and herbs.

Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until seafood is cooked through and sauce thickened.

Serve hot with white rice, less or more sauce.
