Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupsplain Greek yogurt (very thick) (about 360 grams)
  2. 4-6 tablespoonsagave syrup (or your preferred sweetener)
  3. Juice of 2 lemons (up to 4 if they're small)
  4. 1 splashvanilla extract
  5. 18Maria-style cookies

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cookies until smooth and free of lumps.

    In a small dish or individual cups, layer 6 cookies per serving to make 3 layers. Start with a little yogurt mixture, then a layer of cookies.

    Add another layer of yogurt and cookies, repeating until you finish with a thin layer of yogurt on top. For decoration, you can add a little lemon zest.

    Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
