  1. 1 cupSuji/semolina
  2. 2 tbspwheat flour
  3. 1 tbspcurd
  4. 1 tbspcocoa powder
  5. 2-3 tbspsugar
  6. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  7. 1/2 cupmilk
  8. 1/2 tbspbournvita (optional)
  9. as requiredFew tutti fruiti (optional)
  10. 1/4 tspeno fruit salt

  1. 1

    Mix cocoa powder & bournvita with milk n keep aside.

    In a bowl add all dry ingredients except eno n mix well. Then add chocolate milk and make a batter.

    Add vanilla essence and eno to it. Transfer this to idli maker and cook for 10-12mins on medium to high flame.

    It is ready. enjoy
