Ingredients

  • 1 cupSuji/semolina
  • 2 tbspwheat flour
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tbspbournvita (optional)
  • as requiredFew tutti fruiti (optional)
  • 1/4 tspeno fruit salt

  1. 1

    Mix cocoa powder & bournvita with milk n keep aside.

    In a bowl add all dry ingredients except eno n mix well. Then add chocolate milk and make a batter.

    Add vanilla essence and eno to it. Transfer this to idli maker and cook for 10-12mins on medium to high flame.

    It is ready. enjoy
