Take 1.5 cups besan sieve and except the Eno and all the ingredients.

Now add the water to make it smooth and thick batter.

Put a steamer on gains.and boil water on medium flame.

Now take one deep tin grease it with oil and pure the batter to it

Now add Eno. Now place the plate or tin on the steamer and cover the steamer and cook the batter for 20 min on medium flame.

After 20 mins it with toothpick.see if it cook perfectly.

Now scratch the side with knife,and demould the dhokla like cack

Put a kadai on gans.Add 1tbs spoon oil and after the oil heat,now add all ingredients before adding water,switch the flame and add the water and turn on flame now let it boil

Pour the tedka on Dhokla plate,and cut it into equally pieces

Garnish the Dhokla with coconut powder and coriender leaves
