Microwave the potatoes to soften. 1 potato takes about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the skin from the potatoes while still hot. Place into a bowl and mash.

Add the milk, consommé, and butter to the bowl and mix.

If the taste is too thin, adjust with salt. Serve and enjoy.
