Avocado and Taro Root Seasoned with Sesame and Miso

I thought up this recipe for a quick Japanese appetizer for drinking using whatever was in the fridge.
The skins of the taro root slide off easily with this method. But be careful, since they are hot!
If you increase the amount of taro roots, you will have enough for more than 3 servings; adjust the amount of seasoning accordingly. Recipe by Maronkafe

Steps
- 1
Rinse the dirt of the taro roots, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Unwrap, peel off the skins (be careful not to burn yourself), and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Chop the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- 3
Add the cooled taro root and avocado to the seasonings and coat evenly.
