Prepare fry pan, heat it on low heat and put small 2 tsp cooking oil.

Place 1 spring roll sheet on the pan then spread mixer of beaten egg on it. add chopped banana, add 2 spoons of melt chocolate or chocolate spread.

Quickly fold the edges of the wrapper over the banana and don't wait too long otherwise wrapper will become stiff and hard to fold.

Once the bottom side has browned slightly, then flip the other side till it's brown. keep flipping it back and forth about every minute or so until both sides are well cooked and crispy. the total cooking time should be about 2 - 3 mins.

Pour condensed milk over martabak according to your liking, grate the block of cheese and sprinkle it over the martabak, in addition, Drizzle chocolate on it, you can cut it into small pieces as well.
