  • 350 gself raising flour (sifted)
  • 250 gbrown sugar
  • 150 gunsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 50 mlmilk
  • 3eggs
  • 3ripe bananas
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

    Mash the bananas with a fork or in a blender.

    Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix them well until combined.

    Grease a round pan and spread the mixture evenly.

    Bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180º C (350º F).
