Ingredients

1-2 servings
  • -Bananas----
  • 1large bananas
  • 1/4 cupoil for frying, I used sunflower oil
  • -Talapia----
  • 1/2 poundTalapia 3 filets
  • 1 tablespoonpaprika
  • 1/2 teaspoonground turmeric
  • 1/3 teaspoonseasoned salt
  • 1/3 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 teaspoonwhite pepper
  • as needednonstick spray

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with the oil

  2. 2

    Peel and cut the banana on a bias/ diagonal

    Fry the banana till just soft

    Remove and smash gently just enough to flatten each peice

    Add back to oil till caramelized

  6. 6

    Move to a plate

  7. 7

    In a dry pan spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    Season both sides of fish with the spices

    Fry for 4 minutes each side till done.

    Add to bananas

    Serve, I hope you enjoy!
