Burnt chilli garlic Maggi

First soak 5-6 dry red chilli in 1/2cup hot water. After 15mins take out chillies in a mixer jar add some water and make smooth paste.

Heat oil. add garlic, ginger & chilli to it. cook till colour changes.

Then add red chilli paste and cook on high flame.

Add chopped onion and cook for 2 mins. then add sauces, spices & taste maker to it. Cook for 2-3mins.

Add water & let it boil, add maggi to it.

Let the Maggi cook completely. switch off the flame. put some coriander leaves.

Serve it in a serving bowl sprinkle tastemaker masala on it & enjoy.
