Ingredients

1cauliflower grated
as required wheat flour
As neededoil
As requiredwater
As per tastesalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala

Steps

First of all, grate the cauliflower and add all masala.

Then make a peda and roll it and place the masala in it.

Then again make a peda and roll it.

Then tawa is a hot place on it.
5

When one side is a little brown put in oil and bake on both sides. Then serve hot with masala lassi.
