Peel the potatoes, clean and set aside

Blend the pumpkin leaves
3

Fry the spring onions...and the pumpkin leaves then minji or githeri let them cook for sometomes like 2min..keep stirring.

Add potatoes mix well cover fore sometimes..the. Add water and let them boil till the potatoes are cooked

Mash and serve
