Take big boil add all ingredients except oil,mix well.

Add lukewarm water little by little to make hard dough.Rest it for 15 minutes.

Take a ball from dough n make a thick roti,cut small rounds with katori.

Make all bhakris

Heat non-stick pan on medium flame, add 2 TSP oil,place the bhakris on it,slow the flame.

After 2 minutes turn the bhakris add some oil,cover for 2 minutes.Shallow fry neatly from both the sides on slow flame till it becomes crunchy.

Now serve it with sauce or tea,you can store it in airtight container for a week.
