Ingredients

40 minutes
Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packteppanyaki noodles
  2. Some cabbage, carrots, and onions
  3. 1little oil, 1 1/3 tablespoons water (20 ml), a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Beef seasoned with salt and rice wine

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions, carrots, and cabbage, and stir-fry briefly.

  2. 2

    Add water and teppanyaki noodles, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Finally, season with salt and pepper. The noodles are ready.

    Season beef with salt and rice wine, place in a 392°F oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Done.
