First take soaked moong dal, Rava and curd. take a grinding jar add moong dal grind it finely. Then add curd and Rava and grind them with moong dal. Make a fine paste.

Transfer the batter to a bowl. add salt and cover it. keep aside for half an hour. Take that batter add baking soda and little water.make a running consistency batter.

Take a non-stick pan heat it turns the flame low, pour some batter, and spread evenly. cook it on high flame until it turns crispy and golden brown. fold it and transfer in a plate. serve as evening snacks
