This is my mom’s special recipe.
Steps
- 1
Take one ball of the dough. dust with dry flour & roll it.Apply ghee all over the chapati (roti)

Sprinkle dry flour all over it & fold it.

Roll in dry flour & roll very gently like a chapati & repeat the same process again.

Again roll it very gently & apply ghee & dry flour 3rd time. now roll it & fold.

Again roll in dry flour & make a chapati.

Heat a tawa.put rolled paratha on tawa.
flip it after 2mins - 7
Make the roti on low to medium flame.after2-3 mind apply ghee on the roti & flip it.press gently with a kitchen towel from all the sides.

Flip & apply ghee again on the roti.cook well.remove from tawa & brush with some ghee again. serve with any veggie or dal or raita.enjoy.

You can make this with 2layer of ghee also.
