Take a mixer jar transfer urad dal into it add little water now grind it till smooth paste, now mix Well with hand, and added chi green chili,cumin seeds,salt hing, grated ginger,again mix Well keep it aside for 10 min

Take a iron kadhi pour Mustard oil,heat it now make a bada, keep the vada,s out and soak it in water so that vada gets little soft

Now take curd mix it very well, added some water if curd is very thick, now added all dry ingredients like salt, sugar,black salt, chilli flacks, bhuna masala,mix all ingredients well now transfer the vada into it, keep them aside

Now serve it added some green and imli chutney on top sprinkle some bhuna masala and chilli flacks
