  • 1 cansardine
  • Chopped onions
  • Seasonings and spices

  1. 1

    Break the eggs add sardines without the oil, add onions, seasonings and spices whisk well to combine.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add little oil then add the egg mixture. Cook both side for some minutes until done.

  3. 3

    Serve with bread and tea.
