Rava Dosa

First take sooji, rice flour, maida in a bowl. Now add curd, salt, cumin to it & mix. Now add chopped onion, green chili & green coriander to it. Add water & make a batter of running consistency.

Keep the batter for rest at least for 20 min. This time sooji will absorb some water so add some water to adjust its consistency. Crispy rava dosa is ready. Serve it with red chutney & sambhar.

Now heat a tawa & grease it with oil. Pour batter on heated tawa & dizzle some oil. Cook it till it becomes brown.
